It’s a very sentimental item to keep, repair and repurpose for our camping trips. Grandpa McCall used to go on long walks around his neighborhood after he retired. This was his resting chair that sat right by the garage door. After he and grandma passed away, Craig really wanted the chair. We’ve used it at our home but the fabric was getting ripped up. For Christmas I gave Craig a bunch of camouflage canvas fabric with the promise I would repair the chair. Yesterday, I replaced the seat and backing. I just may need to add a couple hanging side pockets for his phone, keys, etc.
Bringing a little part of grandpa along on our camping adventures will be wonderful. What is your love language?
